No. ShipWith does not create or price custom Shopify shipping rates, and it does not offer Shopify shipping discounts.

ShipWith manages how existing delivery options appear at Shopify checkout.

With ShipWith rules, you can:

• Hide delivery options.
• Show only selected delivery options.
• Rename, move, or reorder delivery options.
• Show only the cheapest or highest-priced option among the existing visible options.

These actions do not set, reduce, or replace the price of any delivery option. Cost-based actions only choose which existing visible option to show.
