You can change the language of the BlockCart app in Settings. By default, BlockCart follows your Shopify admin staff language.
Choose a language
- Open BlockCart in Shopify admin and select Settings in the app navigation.
- Under Language, choose the language you want.
- Select Save. BlockCart reloads in that language and shows Language saved.
BlockCart supports English (en), French (fr), German (de), Simplified Chinese (zh-CN), Dutch (nl), Czech (cs), Danish (da), Spanish (es), Finnish (fi), Italian (it), Japanese (ja), Korean (ko), Norwegian Bokmål (nb), Polish (pl), and Turkish (tr). The names in the selector appear in the app's current language.
Good to know
Your saved choice takes priority over the Shopify admin staff language. It is saved in your browser, so changing the language on one browser does not change it in other browsers. The setting is not shared across your store.
The choice changes BlockCart's interface. Error messages you write for customers and payment method names stay as you entered them; BlockCart does not translate that text. If Shopify sends a language BlockCart does not recognize, the app uses English.
